• RFP Campaign Management: We handle the official distribution of your custom Phase 1 technical packet, field incoming questions from estimators, and establish rigid on-site protocol for any physical site walkthroughs.

• Quote Optimization & Follow-up: We actively chase down busy contractors to ensure quotes are delivered on time, cross-referencing their line-item pricing to ensure no hidden fees or unnecessary markups are buried in the scope.
